Notum sit omnibvs Christi fidelibus, qualiter fratribus de domo Frisinge cum suo quodam famulo nomine Ursone congambium agere placuit atque conuenit. Tradidit namque idem Vrso de sua proprietate apud Pausanum uineam i cum curtifero in proprietatem fratrum. Econtra eidem Ursioni(!) traditum est in proprietatem de bonis fratrum aput Leigianum curtiferum unum. Ad hoc etiam pro alia uinea quam idem Urso apud Pausanum in proprietatem fratribus dedit, siluula una apud Leigianum sibi a fratribus in proprietatem tradita est. Super utroque autem congambio familia iuramento interrogata ex commodo fratrum hec fieri respondit. Quo facto idem Urso Frisingam uenit ibique permissione domni Woluoldi prepositi et fratrum omnium consensu eadem congambia peracta sunt et confirmata. Testes Lanzo, Isanger, Dietram, Willihalm, Regingoz, Pezili, Hezil, Urso filius Ursonis.
