    Hainricus Pris ivnior laudauit in manum episcopi Alberti, ipse et miles eius Vlricus, quod aduocatiam de Chaths nulli in beneficium concedat, nec subaduocatum ibi ponat sine peticione et assensu episcopi, et resignauit eandem aduocatiam in manum episcopi.si contra hoc laudamentum fecerit. Huius (rei) testes sunt Rachwin, Ortwin, Volmar, Waltman, Haertwic, Hainrich, Gerwic, et de suis Dietrieh et Chvnrat Sueuus et alii.
