    Domino suo A. dei gratia Frisingensis ecelesie episcopo, J. eiusdem ecelesie sacerdos diu noctuque assiduas orationes congregationi fratrum et ministris, quicquid sedulis orationibus apud deum impetrari potest. Notum sit omnibus uobis, quod ego Johannes familiam meam, scilicet seruos et ancillas quatuordecim in manus Herwici debitoris conmisi coram duce qui est aduocatus apud.Lonke, astantibus Otacher de Bosenic, Herewic et frater eius Trebemer, Amalune, Johannes eiusdem familie et Ernust, eo tenore quod ipse super altare sancte Marie sanctique Corbiniani obtulisset et sacrificaret, ita ut post mortem meam unus quisque tres nummos episcopo per annum persolueret et quod nullus episcopus potestatem habeat alicui in beneficium eos prestare et a se in censum eorum dare. Vnde ego dominum meum episcopum rogo, ut hanc rem ita confirmet, vt titulos duos scribere faciat et nobis unum remittat, alterum in sacrario conseruet. Hanc delegationem Herewicus compleuit sub his testibus, Fritilone de Ismanningen, Gerwico de Horsenhouen, Gotefrido de Frisinga, Herewico de Creine, Heinrico do Perchah, Imbrico, Sigibotone et aliis quam pluribus.
