      Nos Vlricus dei gratia dux Karinthie, dominus Carniole constare volumus vniuersis intuentibus presens scriptum, quod ius feodale videlicet quod in castro Praunsdorf habuimus ab ecclesia Frisingensi hactenus pacifice et quiete, ob formam conuentionis inter venerabilem episcopum Ch. ecclesie memorate videlicet et Rudolfum, Fridericum quoque de Plintenpach fratrem suum pro ipso castro habite plenius conformandam ad manus dicti episcopi libere resignamus, vt ipsum castrum dicti fratres a domino episcopo sepedicto teneant deinceps iure feudi, salua nichilominus forma conuentionis eorundem quemadmodum in instrumentis domini episcopi plenius continetur. Preterea si dicti fratres de Plintenpach in forma ipsius conuencionis peccauerint et excesserint contra ecclesiam Frisingensem, nisi ipsos excessus emendauerint pena debita et statuta, prefatus episcopus memoratum castrum destruat per omnia et dissoluat, nec ipsum castrum ex tunc indissolutum sibi liceat obseruare. In cuius rei testimonium conscribi iussimus presens scriptum nostri pendentis sigilli munimine roboratum. Datum in Laybaco anno domini M. CC. XLVII., in die beati Rudeberti.
