Rudgerus dei gracia Patauiensis episcopus omnibus presentem litteram inspecturis salutem in domino. Notuni uobis facimus, quod cum decima parrochialis ecelesie in Probstorff quam ecclesia sancte Marie in Liligenueld ex donacione ducum Austrie dum uiuerent, possidebat, post obitum domini Friderici ducis Austrie qui eam ab ecclesia Patauiensi feodaliter possedit, ad nostrum deuoluta dominium esset uacans, nos deuocionem eiusdem ecelesie et continua seruicia nobis exhibita et exhibenda in posterum aduertentes, ob remedium quoque anime nostre (nec non et) antecessorum et successorum nostrorum receptis ab ipsa ecclesia centum libris quas in necessitates reediticationis castri nostri in Greifenstain et municionis ciuitatis nostre in saneto Yppolito conuertimus, ipsam decimam ad usus fratrum dicte ecelesie tradidimus perpetuo possidendam. Vt autem hec nostra donatio prefate ecclesie cum consenssu(!) capituli nostri facta obseruetur eidem ecclesie a nostris successoribus et robur obtineat firmitatis, ad confirmationem et in testimonium huius rei presentem litteram ipsi ecclesie dedimus robore sigilli nostri et capituli communitam. Huius rei testes sunt Pilgrimus abbas de sancta Cruce, Pertholdus abbas de Poumgartenberge, Dietricus abbas de Alderspach, Ernestus abbas in Wilheringe Cisterciensis ordinis, Gerhochus archydiaconus, Vlricus de Marnunge (?) archydiaconus, Dietmarus plebanus canonici Patauieuses, Hadmarus de Wesin, Otto de Possemunster laici. Datum Patauie anno domini millesimo CCXLVII., quarto idus Julii, pontificatus nostri anno quartodecimo.
