Nos Chvnradus dei gracia Frisingensis episcopus notum fieri cupimus vniuersis presentem paginam inspecturis, quod domina Alheidis de Maessense et frater ipsius Geroldus, necnon et ipsius Al. liberi Chvnradus, Agneta et Elisabeth famulam suam Alheidem filiam Perthe quam possederunt proprietatis titulo, pleno ivre tradiderunt nobis et kathedrali nostre ecclesie Frisingensi tali conditione apposita, vt dicta Al. gaudere debeat omni iure quo fruuntur homines qui vrbors lvte dicuntur nostre ecclesie attinentes. Et ne quis dictam Al. vel eius successionem ad suum dominium reuocare valeat, in huiusmodi tradicionis memoriam presentem paginam iussimus roborari. Acta sunt hec in choro Iticensi anno gratie millesimo ducentesimo quinquagesimo primo, III. kalendas Jvlii. Aderant autem testes Altmannus decanus, Ditricus, Vlricus, Chvenradus scriba, Albwinus, Chv°nradus tabellarius canonici Iticenses, Geroldus, Marquardus, Eckardus, Heidenricus, Otto ministeriales, Hiltegrimus, Jordanus de Hovnenvels homines Welfspergenses, Herbrandus officialis de Tessenberc, Geroldus filius eiusdem et frater eiusdem G. Heinricus, Pertoldus filius magistri Albani de Karttids et Fridericus frater eiusdem Pertoldi, Volker et Chfnradus filii Altmanni Mesmarii de Karttids, Meinhardus et Chvnradus et Heinricus filii Chvnradi dicti Prenten de Hof et alii quam plures.
