Innocentius (episcopus serus seruorum dei)1. Venerabili fratri episcopo Secovensi et dilecto filio . . . preposito de Folkemart Salzbvrgensis dyocesis salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Ex parte venerabilis fratris nostri episcopi Frisingensis fuit propositum coram nobis, quod licet quondam comes de Tyrol pro dampnis ab eo ecclesie Frisingensi irrogatis excommunicationis decesserit sentencia innodatus, nichilominus tamen corpus eiusdem est traditum ecclesiastice sepulture. Quo circa discrecioni vestre per apostolica scripta mandamus, quatenus si est ita, idem corpus extumulari et extra Christianorum cimiterium dum modo ab aliis corporibus discerni possit, proici facientes contradictores per censuram ecclesiasticam appellationi postposita compescendo, nobiles mulieres Goricie et de . . . Hirzperch comitissas eiusdem comitis heredes, quod eidem ecclesie de huiusmodi dampnis satisfactionem plenariam exhibeant, ut tenentur, monicione premissa per censuram eandem appellacione remota sicut iustum fuerit compellatis, non obstante si alicui de partibus hiis quod excommunicari vel interdici aut suspendi (non possint), a sede apostolica sit indultum.
