Cum cause que vertitur inter dominum nostrum Frisingensem episcopum et Wisintonem presbiterum de Wienna super ecclesia in Probstorf, uobis et nobis ab apostolica sede commisse interesse non possumus nec uelimus, consulimus et petimus ut secundum quod ab apostolica sede habetis in mandatis, in eadem causa procedatis, scientes quod causas inviti sucipere non cogimur.
