Herzog Ulrich von Kärnthen überträgt dem Bischofe Konrad von Freising die Eigenschaft eines Gutes zu Sella, welches Ortolf von Gurkfeld demselben zur Schadloshaltung abtrat und von ihm als Lehen wieder empfing.

      Nos Vlricus dei gracia dux Karinthie, dominus Carniole et Marchie notum facimus vniuersis presencium noticiam habituros, quod dilectus fidelis noster Ortolfus de Gurchuelde consentientibus heredibus suis proprietatem predii sui in Celle cum omnibus suis attinentiis pro dampnis et grauaminibus que Frisingensi ecclesie intulit, in manibus nostris libere resignauit et nos eandem proprietatem ipsius predii in Celle pro dampnis huiusmodi tradidimus et donauimus ipsi ecclesie Frisingensi, quod inquam predium in Celle reuerendus in Christo pater dominus Chvnradus tunc episcopus Frisingensis prefato Or. et suis heredibus titulo contulit feodali. Nos etiam ad hoc ne prefatus O. vel sui heredes super premissis quicquam possint si vellent, forsitan inposterum reuocare, per presentes nomine fideiussorio obligamus, volentes in hoc indempnitati et comodo ipsius ecclesie prouidere. Acta sunt hec anno domini M. CC. LX. quinto, testibus qui aderant, subnotatis, videlicet Friderico comite de Ortenburch, Liupoldo de Scherfenberch, Wernhardo de Waldeke, Wernhero et Chunrado fratribus de Lok, Jacobo de Gutenberch, Rudelino de Leybaco, Nicolao de Rivtenberch, Ortolfo de Priseke, Vgoldo de Gvtenwerde et aliis quam pluribus. In cuius rei etiam euidentiam pleniorem presentes conscribi fecimus et nostri sigilli munimine roborari. Datum XII. kalendis Octobris.
