Nos Ch. dei gracia Frisingensis episcopus notum esse volumus omnibus presens scriptum intuentibus, quod cum homines constituti in prediis nostris Reuchlinstorf et Mvlevten a Leupoldo de Sachsengange fidele (!) nostro insulam iuxta Mvlleuten et Hage et Goldruns sitam que wlgo dicitur Chleinwerde, quam etiam idem L. a nobis in feodo tenuit, in suos communes vsus comparassent sub pensione tamen vnius libre ipsi L. et suis heredibus annuatim in festo sancti Georii persoluenda, adiecta pena dupli si quando premisso die non foret talis pensio persoluta, dicti homines de Reuchlinstorf et Mulleuten de consilio et voluntate nostra datis pre(t)acto L. octo libris Wiennensis monete predictam insulam libere et absolute suis vsibus conquisierunt perpetuo seruituram, eximentes se a pensione libre memorate et a pena dupli que in primo contractu fuerat constituta. Nos itaque facta nobis libera resignacione memorate insule a prefato L. fidele nostro ipsam insulam cum pascuis, pratis, siluis, viarum exitibus et omnibus commoditatibus contulimus et applicuimus prediis memoratis et hominibus residentibus in eisdem communibus eorum vsibus perpetuo libere profuturam, dictus quoque L. de Sachsengange in sepe dicta insula nichil iuris sev commoditatis deinceps habebit, nisi quod licitum erit sibi per communem viam eiusdera insule sua peccora ad pascua alia quam in eadem insula ire et redire, curribus etiam eiusdem L. patebit transitus per eandem viam ipsius insule, hec inquam duo commoda habebit ipse L. et sui heredes absque dampno in eadem silua aliqualiter committendo. Et vt hec omnia robur perpetue optineant firmitatis, sigillum nostrum et ipsius L. de Sahsengange apponi fecimus huic carte, testibus qui aderant, subnotatis, Vlrico, Chvnrado et Chvnrado nostris notariis et capellanis, Leupoldo plebano de Enzenstorf, Wernhardo de Waldeke ministeriali nostro, Hechone et Ortwino militibus de Sahsengange, Rudberto iudice nostro, Walthero balistario de Waidhoven, Tachsenpechen balistario, Friderico Mulhover, Chvnrado antiquo iudice, Chvnrado granatore et aliis fide dignis. Acta sunt Enzenstorf, in die Omnium sanctorum, anno domini M. CC. LX. quinto.
