Bischof Konrad von Freising beurkundet und genehmiget die Besitzergreifung der Kirche zu Breitenbach in Tirol durch das Stift s. Andrä zu Freising, nachdem er diese demselben geschenkt hatte.

    Nos Chunradus dei gracia Frisingensis ecclesie episcopus scire volumus vniuersos presencium noticiam habituros, quod cum ecclesie sancti Andree et canonicis ibidem deo famulantibus ecclesiam in Braytennpach de voluntate et consensu capituli nostri in supplementum prebende et communes vsus ipsorum canonicorum donauerimus, ita quod cedente vel decedente Friderico persona (!) eiusdem ecclesie proventus ipsius cedant et proficiant ipsis canonicis pleno iure auctoritate nostra, voluntate et consensu ipsius accedente, iidem canonici possessionem huiusmodi ecclesie taliter sunt adepti, quod ipse F. nomine dicti capituli eandem deinceps possideat ecclesiam et in signum possessionis tradite a nobis eidem capitulo persoluat canonicis eiusdem ecclesie annuatim xxiiii denarios vsualis monete, et sic dictos canonicos eandem ecclesiam canonice possidere decernimus sicut iure cautum est, is possideat cuius nomine possidetur. In huius rei euidenciam presentes voluimus nostri sigilli munimine roborari. Datum Frisinge, anno domini M. CC. LXVI., IIII. kalendas Maii.
