Otak. dei gracia rex Bohemie, dux Austrie et Styrie et marchio Morauie dilecto sibi . . . nobili viro comiti de Hardeke iudici prouinciali Austrie salutem cum plenitudine omnis boni. Cvm sit cordi nobis iura conseruare ecclesie Frisingensis, volumus et mandamus quatenus super causa que occasione castri in Herrantstein et possessionum eidem castro attinencium inter memoratam Frisingensem ecclesiam ex vna parte et dominam de Pottendorf eiusdemque heredes vertitur vel verti speratur ex altera, citatis partibus hinc et inde iusticiam audiatis et auditam sub sigillo vestro ad nostram presenciam dirigatis, vt secundum scripta vestra prefatam causam mediante iusticia terminemus. Datum aput Linzam, anno domini M. CC. LXVI., pridie nonis Decembris.
