Ulrich von Hasbach, Landeshauptmann in Krain, beurkundet, dass Grifo, Konrad von Lack u. a. Genannte sich dem Bischofe Konrad von Freising für Leonhard von Gutenberg im Betrage von 200 Mk. Nos Vlricus de Habspach capitaneus Carniole et Marchie notum facimus vniuersis presencium noticiam habituris, quod viri discreti domini Grifo, Chvnradus de Lok, Chvnradus Gallo et Engelochus (!) de Walde occasione captiuitatis Lienhardi de Gvtenberch sub pena ducentarum marcarum Laibacensis monete domino nostro Chvnrado venerabili episcopo Frisingensi coram nobis constituti fideiussoriam prestiterunt caucionem pro eo, quod ipse Lienhardus a curia eiusdem domini nostri episcopi non debet recedere sine sua licencia speciali, hoc etiam adiecto quod dictus Lienhardus perpetuam amiciciam que vulgo vrue dicitur, pro se et omnibus amicis suis prefato domino nostro episcopo ac vniuersis suis seruitoribus et ministerialibus ecclesie Frisingensis sub periculo amissionis aliarum ducentarum marcarum pro quibus etiam memorati viri fideiusserunt, inuiolabiliter obseruare tenebitur sicut decet, alioquin dicti fideiussores in pena vel penis sepe dicto domino episcopo tenebuntur ita si forte prelibatus Lienhardus uel sui amici in vno vel alio articulo predictorum excesserint quemadmodum est expressum.
