      Nos Ottacharus dei gracia Boemie rex, dux Austrie, Styrie et Karinthie, marchioque Morauie, dominus Carniole, Marchie, Egre ac Portus Naonis constare uolumus vniuersis tam presentibus quam futuris, quod litteras auunculi nostri karissimi domini Vlrici ducis Karinthie reeordacionis inclite nobis ex parte domini Ch. venerabilis Frisingensis episcopi presentatas uidimus et recepimus sigillo integro sub hac forma:||
      Folgt nun die Urkunde Herzog Ulrichs von Kärnthen betr. der Gerichtsbarkeit auf freising. Gütern ddo. 1265, 14. Juni, s. Johann bei Neudeck (Nr. 244).||
      Quia igitur gracias factas per principes ecclesiis kathedralibus et aliis piis locis obseruari expedit et horum maxime qui nobis idempnitate sanguinis sunt coniuncti, nos volentes ob reuerenciam et honorem beate Virginis gloriose que dicte Frisingensis ecclesie dinoscitur esse domina et patrona, huiusmodi graciam per nostros inuiolabiliter obseruari, vniuersis nostris procuratoribus, . . . . capitaneis, officialibus, iudicibus et theolenariis per Carniolam et Marchiam quicunque pro tempore instituti fuerint, inhibemus firmiter nostre gracie sub obtentu, quatenus nullus hanc nostre et dicti ducis concessionis graciam ausu temerario presumat infringere in parte aliqua uel mutare. Quicunque uero contra huius inhibicionis nostre mandatum aliud presumserit faciendum, in ilium tanquam in mandatorum nostrorum temerarium contemptorem animaduersionis nostre acrimoniam taliter conuertemus, quod cedere poterit aliis in exemplum. Et ut premissa omnia perpetue firmitatis robore perseuerent, prefato domino episcopo has patentes dedimus litteras sigillorum nostrorum munimine communites. Dat. apud Graetz, anno domini M. CC.
