    Nos Chunradus dei gratia Frisingensis episcopus tenore presentium profitemur et scire uolumus vniuersos presentium notitiam habituros, quod cum per informationem fide dignorum quamplurium instructi simus plenius et edocti, quod omnes aree extrinsece iuxta murum domus nostre in Wienna situate et eidem domui contigue ad dotem capelle ipsius domus pertineant pleno iure, ecce ut eiusdem capelle iura salua (et) integra permaneant et illesa et ne aliquis laicorum in eisdem areis et in aliis dotem dicte capelle siue domum respicientibus quicquam iuris sibi possit aliquatenus vendicare, Heinrico notario rectori predicte capelle omnes areas pretactas et alias que forte prius collate non fuerant, nunc de nouo contulimus et eas ob remedium salutis anime nostre dicte capelle tradidimus libere propter deum, volentes vt ammodo perpetuo sepedicte aree deseruiant usibus illius, qui pro tempore rector fuerit capelle memorate. Et in huius traditionis perenne testimonium prefato Heinrico suisque successoribus presentes tradidimus nostri sigilli munimine roboratas. Datum Waidhouen anno domini millesimo CC.
