Notum sit vniuersis tam presentibus quam futuris, quod ego Wernherus filius quondam dominus Wernheri de Lok pro excessibus quos contra metuendum dominum meum Chunradum venerabilem episcopum Frisingensem et suos me recolo perpetrasse, ipsius domini mei gratie me tradidi et subieci, volens omnem penam subire humiliter et deuote quam idem dominus meus episcopus pro eisdem meis excessibus perpetratis michi decreuerit irrogandum, et nichilominus portionem hereditatis mee que aut iure proprietario aut feodali titulo me contingit, tali conditione in ipsius domini mei episcopi tradidi gratiam et potestatem, usufructibus michi reseruatis. Quod si forte penam quam memoratus dominus meus episcopus super huiusmodi excessibus meis michi duxerit imponendam, subire contumaciter recusarem, ex tunc ab eadem portione mee hereditatis penitus cecidissem, eadem etiam portione cum usufructibus ad ipsum dominum meum episcopum deuoluta, et sub testimonio presentium confiteor quod consimili pena puniri debeo, si super futuris excessibus quemadmodum predictum est, incorri(gi)bilis inuenirer. In cuius rei testimonium presentem litteram iussi conscribi et mei sigilli pendentis munimine consignaui et nobilis et egregii viri domini Vl. pincerne de Habspach capitanei Carniole et Marchie, magistri Heinrici Werdensis prepositi sigillis pendentibus uolui consignari. Acta sunt in castro Lok, anno domini millesimo, CC. LXXV., pridie idus Julii, presentibus testibus subnotatis, videlicet magistro Heinrico preposito Werdensi, magistro Hermanno canonico Frisingensi, domino Vlrico pincerna de Habspach capitaneo Carniole et Marchie, domino Grifone de Reutenberch, domino Walthero Vngaro, domino Ortolfo de Meingocpurch, domino Gerlocho de Stein et aliis quam pluribus fidedignis.
