Nos Albertus dei gracia comes Goricie ac Tyrolis et ecclesiarum Aquilegensis, Tridentine ac Brixinensis aduocatus notum esse uolumus presencium inspectoribus vniuersis, quod nos cum reuerendo in Christo patre domino Chvnrado episcopo ecclesie Frisingensis ad ampliandum fedus amicicie inter ipsum dominum episcopum et nos talem promissionem fecimus sev contractum, videlicet ut homines nostri cuiuscunque sexus extiterint aut condicionis, cum hominibus ipsius domini episcopi licite contrahere valeant inter se matrimonium sub hac forma, ita ut pueri utriusque sexus qui ex huiusmodi matrimonio fuerint procreati, inter ipsum dominum episcopum successoresque suos et nos nostrosque progenitores (!) sev heredes masculos ac feminas in posterum equaliter diuidantur et hoc idem in matrimoniis inter homines ipsius domini episcopi et nostros ante hec tempora contractis et pueris ex illis procreatis volumus inviolabiliter obseruari. In cuius quidem rei testimonium et euidenciam cerciorem presens instrumentum scribi fecimus et nostri pendentis sigilli robore confirmari. Actum in Luenz, anno domini millesimo ducentesimo septuagesimo quinto, indictionis tercie, quinto decimo kalend. Maii.
