      Nos Otakarus dei gracia Bohemie rex, dux Austrie, Stirie et Karinthie, marchio Morauie, dominus Carniole, Marchie, Egre ac Portusnaonis, notum esse uolumus presentium inspectoribus vniuersis, quod reuerendus in Christo pater amicus noster karissimus dominus C. venerabilis episcopus Frisingensis nomine suo et ecclesie sue a Goc~c~one et Irnfrido filio suo ciuibus de Kremsa et a procuratoribus ipsorum ad hoc deputatis consencientibus heredibus eorundem comparauit iure purchrecht predia subnotata, accedente ad hoc nostra licencia pariter et consensu, videlicet in Teicca xiii areas, duo beneficia, duas curias villicales, pomerium et passagium ibidem, insulam aput Marchartsvruar et insulam quondam Friderici de Prunne et insulam sitam aput passagium in Teycca, necnon insulam que dicitur Savm, et insulam aliam ibidem. Hec singula prenotata comparauit idem dominus episcopus cum omnibus attinenciis suis, agris, pratis, pascuis, paludibus, aquis aquarumque decursibus, piscacionibus, fruticibus, arbustis, cultis et incultis, viis et inuiis, quesitis pariter et inquirendis, et ne huiusmodi emptionis contractus per nos aut heredes nostros uel a quoquam alio inposterum valeat in irritum reuocari, nos in horum testimonium presentem cedulam prefato domino episcopo suisque successoribus tradidimus nostri sigilli munimine roboratam. Datum aput Snoimam, anno domini millesimo CC. LXXVI., IIII. nonis Junii.
