    Reverendo in Christo patri et peramando domino suo venerabili Chvnrado episcopo Frisingensi Fr. purchgrauius de Nůrenberch paratam et sinceram ad queuis mandata et beneplacita voluntatem. Nouerit vestra paternitas reverenda, quod dominus meus R. serenissimus rex Romanorum Samerawario capitaneo Anasi suis litteris seriose mandauit iterato, vt absque difficultate qualibet possessionem fori Aspach cum suis attinenciis statim visis eisdem litteris vobis non differat aliquatenus assignare, absolutos nichilominus dimittendo homines eiusdem fori quos captiuauit, et fideiussores quos sibi dederunt, sine detrimento ac indempnitate rerum et substancie eorundem, provt ex litteris predicti domini regis Svmerawario super hoc directis colligitur euidenter. Quod si forsan facere recusauerit aut distulerit vos auctoritate regia et licencia prelibatum forum Aspach secure ac Iibere potestatem habetis et poteritis ingredi quando placet, eiusque possessionem cum suis attinenciis corporaliter adipisci pariter et habere, nullum prorsus ex eo uel ab(!) id periculum formidando.
