Nos Otto de Haslawe iudex prouincialis Austrie tenore presencium profitemur, quod ad presenciam domini nostri Rudolfi magnifici regis Romanorum atque nostram citauimus nostris litteris dominum Vlricum de Ruchendorf, Dietmarum forestarium de Geuelle, Sibotonem, Liupoldum de Meurperch fratres Gozzonis, Irnfridum filium eiusdem, Walchůnum in foro, Heidenricum ciuem de Stein, dominum Gundakarum de Ternberch, dominum Sifridum de Prunspach, Herbordum de Engeldorf, Marquardum de Lebaren, H. ibidem, Leonem de Friuntshusen, H. de Ezinsperch et fratres eiusdem, Herbordum de Friuntshusen, dominum H. de Turn, Grennlinum, Wolfhardum, Fridericum filium domini Walchvni de Hvse, Chringlarium et filium domini H. de Turn et filium fratris sui ad proximum placitum quod nunc erit, querimonie domini Chunradi venerabilis episcopi Frisingensis peremptorie responsuros.
