Rvdolfus dei gracia Romanorum rex semper augustus. Chvnrado de Svmmerawe fideli suo graciam suam et omne bonum. Petiuit a nobis dilectus princeps noster Chvnradus episcopus Frisingensis vt tibi predia et homines ecclesie sue circa districtum tue procuracionis in super(ior)ibus partibus Austrie committeremus. Quapropter tenore presencium tibi firmiter iniungimus et mandamus, quatenus homines et possessiones et iura ipsius episcopi Frisingensis in superiori Austria in ipsius absencia manuteneas et defendas, non permittens ipsum ab aliquibus in suis prediis et hominibus aliquatenus molestari, in hoc magestatem regiam specialiter honorando.
