Ego Gozzo ciuis de Chremsa notum esse cupio presencium inspectoribus vniuersis, quod contractum empcionis habitum per reuerendum in Christo patrem dominum Chvnradum venerabilem Frisingensis ecclesie episcopum cum Irenfrido filio meo et Rudlino de Mevrperg meis procuratoribus de bonis in Teizza, videlicet tredecim areis, duobus beneficiis, duabus curiis villicalibus, duobus pomerius, piscina et passagio minori et quinque insulis ibidem que wlgo werd nuncupantur, et de proventibus trium annorum passagii in Holnburck que omnia iidem procuratores mei prefato domino episcopo pro ducentis et quinquaginta marcis argenti, dum in captiuitate regis Boemie tenerer, meo nomine vendiderunt cum omnibus attinenciis bonorum eorundem quesitis et inquirendis ad arbitrium domini mei Rudolfi Serenissimi regis Romanorum cuius arbitrio in hac parte voluntarie me subieci, ratiffico tenore presencium et confirmo, obligans me sibi successoribusque suis de euictione et ad defendendum easdem possessiones contra quemlibet inpugnantem eundem contractum coram quocumque iudice competente vsque ad tempus a iure diffinitum et secundum terre consuetudinem approbatam. Ad hoc promisi fide data, quod usque ad festum Natiuitatis domini proximum procurabo cum effectu quod omnes heredes mei renuncient iuri suo siquid eis competit uel competere videtur possessionibus in eisdem. Et vt premissa singula efficaciter studeam adimplere, sepedictus dominus episcopus ad arbitrium domini mei prefati serennissimi regis Romanorum cuius arbitrio idem episcopus in hac parte similiter se subiecit, promisit michi dare et adicere ad summam prenotatam ducentarum quinquaginta marcarum marcas argenti sexaginta, videlicet triginta marcas in festo Natiuitatis domini proximo et alias triginta marcas in Carnispriuio subsequente fideiussoresque meos qui se pro quadringentis marcis argenti pro me eidem obligauerant episcopo vt eundem ratifficarent venditionis contractum, dimittere tenebitur absolutos. In cuius rei testimonium presentem cedulam prefato domino episcopo tradidi mei sigilli munimine roboratam. Acta sunt hec Wienne in presentia domini mei inuictissimi regis Romanorum, anno domini millesimo CC. LXX. septimo, quinto kalendas Nouembris. Hii sunt testes, dominus VI. de Tavuers, dominus Ö. de Haslav, dominus Stephanus de Meichsav, magister H. prepositus Werdensis, magister Hermannus canonicus Frisingensis, Vl. de Rukkendorf, Griffo gener domini Gozzonis, H. miles de Enzeinstorf, Livpoldus Verlinus, Jubardus de Vdmarvelt, Otto dictus Hesip, Ch. notarius de Weidhouen, Guntherus marschalcus de Otenburch, Ch.
