Friderieus dei gratia sancte Salzburgensis ecclesie archiepiscopus apostolice sedis legatus. Vniuersis Christi fidelibus per Salzburgensem diocesim constitutis salutem in domino. Vobis singulis et vniuersis notum facimus, quod dilecto in Christo fratri domino Friderico venerabili episcopo Frisingensi dedimus auctoritatem et licenciam consecrandi duas basilicas ecclesiarum in Weltz et in sancto Petro nostre diocesis et quedam altaria in eisdem quandocunque super hoc fuerit requisitus vel quando sibi visum fuerit oportunum. Nos vero de omnipotentis dei misericordia et beatorum Petri et Pauli apostolorum meritis confidentes omnibus vere penitentibus et contritis qui zelo deuotionis accensi in die consecrationis interfuerint, vel qui infra octauas vel in anniuersario consecracionis eiusdem prefatas basilicas accesserint, quadraginta dies criminalium et sexaginta venialium de iniuncta sibi penitencia misericorditer in domino relaxamus, ratas habentes indulgentias si quas prefatus episcopus vel alii eius confratres ad dictam consecrationem duxerint concedendas. Datum Salzburgi, anno domini M. CC LXXX., in crastino annunciationis beate Marie virginis.
