Nos Rudolfus dei gracia Romanorum rex semper augustus scire volumus vniuersos presentes litteras inspecturos, quod ad honorem beatissime Marie sacrosanete matris domini nostri Jesu Christi que specialis Frisingensis ecclesie dinoscitur esse domina et patrona, iuxta requisionem et instantiam honorabilis viri Heinrici prepositi eiusdem ecclesie capellani nostri dilecti, omnia iura, libertates que vel quas capitulum memorate Frisingensis ecclesie temporibus bone memorie Friderici ducis Austrie generaliter vel specialiter habuit de muta siue theloneo tam per aquas quam per terras de vino et victualibus non soluendis, eidem capitulo et canonicis sepedicte ecclesie Frisingensis rata et intacta per omnia volumus conseruare. Quapropter vniuersis mutariis et officialibus per Austriam constitutis damus firmiter in mandatis,; quantenus vinum et victualia ad mensam dictorum. capituli et canonicorum Frisingensis ecclesie pertinentia tam per aquas quam per terras permittant sine muta qualibet libere pertransire. Et ut premissa perpetuam obtineant firmitatem, presentes litteras sepedictis capitulo et canonicis ecclesie Frisingensis in euidens eorum testimonium concedimus nostri sigilli munimine roboratas. Datum in castris ante Brodam, XV. kalendas Nouembris, indictione nona, anno domini millesimo octuagesimo, regni vero nostri octaua.
