Martinus episcopus seruus seruorum dei. Dilecto filio Vlrico preposito ecclesie Ratisponensis salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Sua nobis magister Heinricus rector ecclesie de Probstdorf Pattauiensis dyocesis peticione monstrauit, quod cum inter ipsum et Hartmannum dictum de Wlpeinsperch clericum eiusdem dyocesis super eadem ecclesia in qua predictus clericus se ius habere mendaciter asserebat, coram abbate monasterii Scotorum in Wienna et preposito in Niwenburch dicte dyocesis quibus venerabilis frater noster . . . Pattauiensis episcopus auctoritate ordinaria huiusmodi causam audiendam commiserat et fine debito decidendam, questio verteretur, iidem abbas et prepositus perperam in causa ipsa procedentes contra dictum rectorem diffinitiuam sentenciam promulgarunt iniquam a qua ipse ad sedem apostolicam appellauit. Quocirca discretioni tue per apostolica scripta mandamus, quatenus in appellacionis causa procedens legittime sentenciam ipsam confirmare uel infirmare procures, appellacione remota sicut de iure fuerit faciendum. Datum aput Vrbemveterem, quinto nonas Julii, pontificatus nostri anno tercio.
