Pfarrer Hartmann von Probstdorf ermächtiget den (Priester) Johann in dem Streite um seine Kirche gegen Propst Heinrich von Wörthsee, ihn vor Propst Ulrich von Regensburg zu vertreten.

    Nouerint vniuersi presencium inspectores, quod ego Hartmannus plebanus in Probsdorf Pattauiensis dyocesis Johannem exhibitorem presencium constituo meum legittimum procuratorem ad supplicandum et petendum a viro reuerendod omino Vlrico preposito Ratisponensi qui dicit se iudicem a sede apostoliea delegatum super questione quam magister Heinricus prepositus Werdensis super ecclesia mea michi mouere intendit, vt locum tutum ad quem secure valeam peruenire, michi assignet. Item constitui eundem ad appellandum pro me, si peticionem meam iustam et ligittimam in hoc casu pro defendendo iure meo predictus dominus prepositus non duxerit admittendam, et cum proprio sigillo carerem, petiui hanc litteram viri venerabilis domini Wernheri archidiaconi Austrie plebani Wiennensis sigilli munimine consignari. Actum Wienne, anno domini millesimo CC. LXXX. quarto, feria quarta septimane Paschalis.
