    Martinus episcopus seruus seruorum dei. Venerabili fratri episcopo Seccouiensi et dilectis filiis Ratisponensi et . . . de sancto Ypolito Pattauiensis dyocesis ecclesiarum prepositis salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Sua nobis Hartmannus de Wlpeinsperch rector ecclesie de Probsdorf Pattauiensis dyocesis peticione monstrauit, quod Heinricus de Lok clericus Aquilegensis dyocesis, falso se asserens ipsius ecclesie rectorem et quod idem Hart. super illa iniuriabatur eidem super hoc contra eum ad te fili preposite Ratisponensis in communi forma nostras litteras impetrauit. Vt igitur iudicium sine suspicione procedat, te fili preposite de sancto Ypolito ad instanciam Hart. ipsius, te vero frater episcope ex officio nostro decisioni huiusmodi cause duximus adiungendos. Quocirca discrecioni vestre per apostolica scripta mandamus, quatenus si nondum est per predictas litteras ad litis contestacionem processum, in causa ipsa appellacione remota racione preuia procedatis iuxta priorum litterarum continenciam earundem. Quodsi non omnes hiis exequendis potueritis interesse, tu frater episcope cum eorum altero ea nichilominus exequaris. Datum aput huius Vrbemveterem, V. idus Martii, pontificatus nostri anno tercio.
