Ego Wilhelmus de Schaerfenberch notum facio presencium inspectoribus vniuersis, quod ad restauracionem bonorum per me hoc anno hominibus in Gvtenwerde ablatorum pro xxi marcis Aquilegensium denariorum pro quibus ecclesie Frisingensi in eadem solucione debitor remansi, obligo eidem ecclesie Frisingensi octo mansos sitos in villa Logon, tali condicione aposita et adiecta quod si easdem xxi marcas vsque ad Dominicam medie quadragesime qua cantatur Letare, proximo nunc venturam hominibus de Gvtenwerd non persoluerem, quod iam dicti octo mansi proprietatis titulo redeant ad prefatam ecclesiam Frisingensem, ita quod decetero nec ad me, nec ad heredes meos reuertantur. In cuius rei testimonium presentes litteras iam dicte ecclesie tradidi mei pendentis sigilli mvnimine roboratas. Actum et datum in Gvtenwerd, anno domini M. CC. LXXX. quinto, in die sancti Vincencii martiris, presentibus testibus subnotatis, videlicet Heinrico notario dicto Dinger, Vzoldo et Chvnrado dicto Pvntschuch de Gvtenwerde, Gozzlino et Schilto de Gvtenwerd et aliis fide dignis.
