Nos Emcho dei gratia Frisingensis episcopus tenore presentium profitemur et constare uolumus vniuersis, quod cum inter Petrum dictum Trautsvn et Agnetem filiam dilecti fidelis nostri Chvnradi de Haldenberch matrimonium sit contractum et sit taliter conuentum, vt liberi ex predictis Petro et Agnete procreati inter ecclesiam nostram et dominum nostrum et consanguineum M. illustrem ducem Karinthie uel suos heredes equaliter parciantur, utique admisimus et in huius testimonium et robur presentes litteras tradidimus nostri sigilli munimine consignatas.
