    Nos Emcho dei gratia ecclesie Frisingensis episcopus et Hugo comes siluester prepositus Isnensis tenore presencium profitemur, quod nos illustrem principem dominum Albertum ducem Austrie et Styrie zelo fidei qua ipsi astringimur, amplectentes, ipsi contra dominum Chunradum archiepiscopum Salzpurgensem inimicum suum capitalem et publicum ex nunc adherere fideliter et pro viribus constanter assistere consiliis et auxiliis promittimus fide data, presertim cum idem dominus dux Austrie nobis promisso suo firmauerit, quod cum predicto domino archiepiscopo treugas, concordiam, fedus pacis, condiciones, promissa siue tractatus non acceptabit, inibit aut servabit, nec componet aliquatenus cum eodem, nisi nos hiis omnibus et singulis premissorum specialiter et am(i)cabiliter includantur. In cuius robur amplius et cautelam presentes sigillis nostris voluimus communiri. Datum Lintze, in vigilia beati Andree apostoli, anno domini millesimo ducentesimo nonagesimo sexto.
