    Nos Emcho dei gracia episcopus ecclesie Frisingensis tenore presencium recognoscimus ac constare volumus vniuersis presencia inspecturis, quod ad instanciam Bertoldi de Gebolspah prepositi ecclesie Inticensis pro nobis nostrisque successoribus promisimus et promittimus in hiis scriptis, quod si Fridricus filius quondam Fridrici de Tessenberch condicione seruili pertinens ecclesie Inticensi vxorem sibi de familia ecclesie nostre acceperit, pueros quos idem Fridricus ex eadem genuerit vxore, nos uel successores nostri cnm preposito et capitulo Inticensis ecclesie equaliter diuidemus. In cuius rei testimonium presentes litteras eidem Inticensi ecclesie dedimus nostri sigilli munimine roboratas. Datum in Lok, anno domini millesimo CCC. septimo; Sabbato proximo ante festum beate Margarete virginis.
