    Fridericus dei gracia Romanorum rex semper augustus. Vniuersis sacri Romani imperii fidelibus presentes litteras inspecturis salutem cum noticia subscriptorum. Veniens ad nostre maiestatis presenciam venerabilis Cunradus Frisingensis episcopus princeps noster karissimus, nostre excellencie humiliter supplicauit vt sibi quoddam priuilegium per inclite recordacionis dominum Rudolfum Romanorum regem, auum et predecessorem nostrum karissimum sibi et ecclesie sue predicte traditum et concessum de benignitate nostra regia innouare et confirmare dignaremur. Cuius quidem priuilegii tenor talis est:||
    Folgt nun Urkunde König Rudolfs ddo. 1277, 26. October, Wien (Nr. 351).||
    Nos vero eiusdem . . . episcopi Frisingensis precibus fauorabiliter inclinati, predictum priuilegium cum omnibus in eo contentis innouamus, approbamus et presentis scripti patrocinio confirmamus. In cuius rei euidenciam nostre maiestatis sigillum presentibus duximus appendendum. Datum Wienne, anno domini millesimo trecentesimo sextodecimo, XIIII. kalendas Maii, regni vero nostri anno secundo.
