Buda. sabb. a. Iudica. II. Ulászló király meghagyja Torna megyének, hogy azt a 100 arany forintot, amelyben Chaba-i Horwath István panaszára s azzal szemben Chethnek-i Andrást elmarasztalta, hajtsa be, ha ennek valami törvényes akadálya nincs. Eredeti, papír, a hajtások mentén szakadt. A szöveg alatt pecsét töredéke.
