Peren-i Imre nádor bizonyítja, hogy előtte Kerezthwr-i Miklós nyugtatta Gywla-i Jánost, miután az neki visszafizette azt a 100 arany forintot, amely összegért a somogyi konvent zálogvalló oklevele értelmében zálogban bírta Gywrkowcz-i Chawlowyth Pál felesége, Jusztina asszony részeit a somogymegyei Naghathad-ban és Kysathad-ban, egyben a záloglevelet neki eredetiben visszaadta.
