A fehérvári káptalan tanúsítja, hogy Zala fia János fehérvári polgár özvegye, Benedicta nem váltotta ki húsvétkor vállalt kötelezettsége szerint Tamás mester liptói ispántól és Chokakw-i várnagytól fehérvári palotáját kúriával, pincével, kő és fa épületekkel, amelyet neki 100 budai márkáért zálogosított el.
