A fehérvári káptalan előtt Péter fia Tamás mester liptói ispán és Chokakw-i várnagy tiltakozik, hogy Benedicta, Zala fia János fehérvári polgár özvegye nem váltotta ki tőle a fehérvári palotát kúriával, pincével, kő és fa épületekkel a Szent Péter plébánia egyházhoz vivő út mellett nyugatról 100 budai márkáért. Hajlandó kiváltani a palotát Benedicta vagy férje bármely rokonával is. Átírva a fehérvári káptalan 1350. február 2-án kelt oklevelében. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi) FEHÉRVÁRI KÁPTALAN
