A szepesi (Scepusiensis) káptalan előtt Berzewycze-i Tamás a Saros megyei Balaswagas és a szepesmegyei Hwnczdforf és Byerbron birtokokon lévő összes birtokrészeit 120 aranyforintért zálogba adja Lwmpnycza-i Horwath Mihálynak ”castri Palocha perpetuo heredi” jótállást vállalva más összes birtokaival.
