A szepesi (Scepusiensis) káptalan előtt Berzewycze-i Zsigmond a Saaros megye Hambwrg birtokon lévő egész birtokrészét és ottani malomrészét Berzewycze-i Jánosnak és feleségének Orsolyának, s Berzewycze-i Kristófnak és feleségének: Katalinnak 75 magyar forintért elzálogosítja, védelmet vállalva Berzewyczey Zsigmond mindenki ellen.
