Nagy (Magnus) János és Domokos, a zalai vár várnagyai Gerse-i Pethew Jánoshoz. Beszámolnak azokról, a Lewrynthefalwa-n Pető Miklós Kemend-i castellanusa, Ozory Oszvald familiáris által, ura távollétében elkövetett hatalmaskodásokról. Ha nem hagyja abba molestatioit, hivatalból kénytelenek lesznek a királynénál ezekről jelentést tenni. – Papír, a hajtások mentén szakadt, hiányos, dilettáns módon összeragasztva. – Papírfelzetes, ép gyűrűs zárópecséttel. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Komjáthy).
