Az aradi káptalan jelenti, hogy Pósa mester krassói comes és galambóci várnagy fia Balázs mester protestált az ellen, hogy atyja, Pósa mester és testvérei Arad megye név szerint felsorolt szolgabíráival Zevdy possessio (Arad m.) kifosztása ügyében békés egyezséget kötöttek, egyben az egyezség ellen tiltakozik és attól magát elkülöníti.
