A csanádi káptalan Pósa krassói comes nevében famulusa Luka fiát, János mestert eltiltja az Erdsomplyo várhoz tartozó Harumturku, Syalad, Vzvar, Igon és Braychfolua possessiók elfoglalásától, viszont az ellen nem emelt kifogást, hogy Sceulus possessiót bírói úton megszerezte.
