Somogyvár, II. p. Inv. Ste. Crucis. Somogy megye hatósága inquisitio útján megállapította, hogy Zakachkelked-i Josa Albert Zakachkelked-i Emreffy Bertalan özvegyét: Veronika asszonyt többek között a következő ócsárló kifejezésekkel illette: ”bestia meretrix quia statim ita percutio cum claua vlgo Bozogan, quod stercorizabis te”. Ugyanakkor fiát: Emreffy Györgyöt elfogta és házába hurcolta. Eredeti, papír, hátlapján öt gyűrűspecsét nyoma.– Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Komjáthy) SOMOGY MEGYE
