Győr, 25. d. Maii. Nagluche-i István győri vikárius meghagyja a címzettnek, hogy Lwka György csepregi polgármestert és név szerint felsorolt polgártársait idézze meg elébe Győrbe, hogy eleget tegyenek korábbi megjelenésük miatt rájuk kivetett bírság lefizetésének. Ha nem jelennének meg, közösítsék ki őket. Eredeti, papír, a hajtások mentén szakadt, dilettáns módon ragasztva, a szöveg alatt gyűrűs pecsét nyoma.
