Győr vára. 7. d. Julii. Gozthon János győri püspök Gerse-i Pethew Gergely mesternek. Érdemei alapján a Zathmar-i Ferenc önkéntes távozásával megürült ”prepositura ecclesie collegiate Papocziensis”-t s a győri főszékesegyház kanonokságát adományozza Pethew Gergelynek Gozthon János győri püspök. Egyszersmind felszólítja a győri káptalan tagjait, hogy tekintsék ”concanonicus”-uknak s bocsássák a vele járó javadalmak és jogok élvezetébe. Eredeti, papír. A hajtások mentén szakadások.
