Emerici. A vasvári káptalan előtt Gerse-i Pethew György, fiai: Antal, János, György és Péter nevében is, 400 arany forintért elzálogosítja a Vas megyei Waswar civitas-ban az őt és gyermekeit megillető részt feleségének: Katalinnak: Bwthkay András leányának. A várost nagyobb részben feleségének az atyai házból hozott pénzén (800 ar. forinton) váltotta meg Monyorokerek-i Ellerboh Jánostól. Eredeti, papír. A hajtások mentén kisebb lyukak.
