V. p. oct. Omn. Sanctorum. Woyda-i Miklós Woyda-i Iván fia, Mihály ellen panaszt emelt, amely szerint ez Woyda villához tartozó, Monustur possessio felé fekvő erdőt, mely osztályban jutott a panaszosnak, hatalmaskodva elfoglalta és használja; miután az alperes tagadta a terhére rótt cselekményt, Lőrinc fia, István, valkói alispán neki harmadmagával november 17-én leteendő bizonyító esküt ítél meg.
