Buda (8. d. oct. Epiph.) Arukkuz-i Miklós mester fiának János mesternek perét, melyet a vasvári káptalan perbehívásról szóló jelentésében foglalt ügyben Saar-i Marcelluls fia Miklós és név szerint felsorolt társai ellen indított, retione prioritatis termini Szent György nyolcadára (máj. 1.) halasztja. A keltezés Terminus prenotatus-a hiányzik a kiadványból, szabály szerint azonban csak Vízkereszt nyolcada lehet, így a kelet január 20. Eredeti – csonka szöveg, papír – 4 sorában 2-3 szó hiány.
