3. d. oct. Georgii. A veszprémi káptalan Garai Miklós nádornak. A nádor (1376. február 24-i) parancsa végrehajtásaképpen a felek: Durugd-i István fia Pál leányai: Chuka – Tomay-i Pál fia Jakab – és Macho – ZenthIwan-i János fia István feleségei – felperesek, valamint Durugd-i István fia István alperes, továbbá a nádori emberek és a hites személyek jelenlétében Sarusdfey possessio (Zala megye) határait megjárták és a possessiót 20 márka dénárra becsülték.
