Gersei Pető fia János, fia László perét Chan-i Chak és Balázs ellen a vasvári káptalan perbehívó levelében foglalt ügyben propter absentiam prelatorum et baronum nostrorum nobiscum iudicara debentium, ugyancsak a királyi speciális prézencia elé Szent György nyolcadára (máj. 1.) elhalasztja Zsigmond király.
