A Gersei Pető fia János, fia László felperes és Zenthandras-i Parys János alperes között, a király korábbi ítéletlevelében foglalt ügy miatt folyó perben a discussió terminusát propter absentiam prelatorum et baronum nobiscum iudicare debentium, a királyi prézencia elé Szent György nyolcadára (máj. 1.) halasztja Zsigmond király.
